- Business information: business name, services offered, pricing, and business hours entered by business owners.
- Payment information: processed securely by our third-party payment partners (PayMongo and PayPal). We do not store your full card, GCash, or Maya credentials on our servers.
- Device and notification data: if you enable notifications, we store a device token to deliver booking alerts to business owners.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, confirm, and manage appointment bookings.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders (via calendar invite and, for business owners, push notifications).
- To process subscription payments and maintain account/trial status.
- To improve the reliability and functionality of the App.
3. Data Storage
Booking and business data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore). We take reasonable technical measures to protect this data, including access-restricted database rules.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- PayMongo — payment processing (GCash, Maya, Card)
- PayPal — international payment processing
- Google Firebase — data storage and push notifications
- Cloudflare — application hosting
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Customer booking details (name, phone, notes) are shared only with the specific business owner you are booking an appointment with.
6. Data Retention
Booking records are retained as long as your business account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
