These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Appointment Book (the "App"), operated by BADA AI. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Appointment Book is an appointment scheduling and booking management application that allows business owners to manage services, availability, and customer bookings, and allows customers to book appointments online.
You must provide accurate information when creating a booking or business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account.
All payments made through the App, including subscription fees, are non-refundable. This applies regardless of usage level, cancellation timing, or dissatisfaction with the Service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current or any prior billing period, in accordance with our No Refund Policy above.
The App facilitates scheduling between business owners and their customers. Appointment Book is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or outcome of any service booked through the App. Disputes regarding services rendered are solely between the business owner and the customer.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false booking information, or using the App for unlawful purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BADA AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed appointments, scheduling errors, or payment processing issues caused by third-party providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
